Total Assist Recruitment are seeking an experienced and compassionate Systemic Family Therapist to join a specialist multidisciplinary team supporting children, adolescents, and their families within an inpatient eating disorder service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regarded Tier 4 CAMHS setting providing assessment, formulation, and evidence-based family interventions for young people aged 12–18 presenting with eating disorders and associated mental health difficulties. The service works closely with families as a key part of the recovery process and places systemic practice at the heart of treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver systemic family therapy assessments and interventions.
  • Facilitate family meetings, therapy sessions, and multi-family work where appropriate.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary formulations and treatment planning.
  • Provide consultation and systemic thinking across the wider clinical team.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and outcome measures.
  • Participate in clinical governance, supervision, and service development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Professional qualification in a recognised mental health discipline.
  • Master's level qualification (or equivalent) in Systemic Therapy.
