Job Description We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizen’s offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry. Cleaning Technician Location: 4040 Lakeside, Solihull Parkway, B37 7YN Cover long term sick You’ll deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry, working flexibly and taking pride in maintaining excellent standards. Cleaning communal areas, offices, and specialist housing Carrying out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages Using a range of cleaning methods and equipment Completing daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks Reporting repairs, damage, and larger waste issues Previous cleaning experience A full driving licence and ability to drive a small company van (manual) Come and join the Coventry Cleaning Team and help us keep the communal areas of or properties clean and tidy, somewhere our residents can be proud to live.
