Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in the delivery and development of responsive repairs and maintenance services.
- Plan, organise and undertake pre- and post-inspections, preparing detailed schedules of works using NHF Schedule of Rates.
- Carry out Damp and Mould inspections in line with statutory requirements and relevant timeframes.
- Identify and manage works under CDM Regulations where applicable.
Qualifications and experience:
- IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
- Degree or HNC/HND in a Building-related subject.
- Evidence of continued professional development in technical building knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support in the delivery and development of repairs and maintenance services for Maintenance Operation.
- Plan, organise and undertake pre- and post-inspections and the preparation of schedules of works using relevant NHF Schedule of Rates relating to responsive repairs.
- Carry out Damp and Mould inspections in line with the process and in conjunction with the timeframes set out under Awabbs Law.
- Effectively supervise and coordinate the work of internal and external contractors, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with specifications, legislation, relevant codes of practice and customer requirements.
- At all times and in all aspects of work, ensure both internal and external customer’s requirements are considered and respected, making sure that customers are kept always informed of issues and progress.
