Total Assist Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist healthcare service in Clacton-on-Sea.

The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing service users’ occupational needs and developing personalised treatment plans
- Delivering individual and group-based occupational therapy interventions
- Supporting service users to develop independence and achieve their therapeutic goals
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Completing assessments, reports and clinical documentation
- Contributing to care planning and risk management
- Supporting the delivery and development of the occupational therapy service
Requirements
- Degree or recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current HCPC registration
- Previous experience within mental health, rehabilitation or a similar clinical setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A compassionate and person-centred approach
