Experience can range from lab - based LCMS/GCMS work through to full engineering PMs, repairs and fault investigation if you have the right attitude, technical curiosity and strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will support customers across the UK with the installation, maintenance and repair of analytical instrumentation.

You will work primarily on multivendor LC, LCMS, GCMS and IC platforms systems, carrying out planned maintenance, diagnosing faults and delivering high-quality technical support both on-site and remotely.

Full training on our processes, systems and Quality Management requirements will be provided.

Your Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair multivendor systems, including planned maintenance and reactive fault diagnosis.

Provide on - site and remote technical support, producing clear service documentation and ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Deliver a high standard of quality with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, proactively identifying and reporting any quality issues.

Essential Requirements
UK - based and eligible to work in the UK
Valid UK driving licence.

Minimum age 25 (required for company vehicle insurance)
Strong problem - solving ability & high attention to detail
Good IT literacy
