Location: Aldershot, Hampshire, GU12 4QN
Salary: £24,000 – £34,000 per annum + profit-sharing scheme
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Are you experienced in manufacturing or looking to build your skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
We are now recruiting for a Window and Door Fabricator, you\’ll be responsible for the precise fabrication and assembly of aluminium windows and doors. From cutting and routing to assembling and quality-checking, you\’ll play a vital part in creating high-quality products our customers can rely on!
In addition to this, as our Window and Door Fabricator you will be responsible for:
Fabricating and assembling aluminium windows and doors using hand and power tools.
Operating machinery and fabrication equipment.
Following safety and quality standards and procedures.
Checking and measuring work to ensure quality and accuracy.
Working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
About You
We\’re looking for someone who brings experience and energy to the role, or someone who\’s eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade.
You\’ll ideally have:
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or fabrication setting
Confidence using hand and power tools
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Great attention to detail and a proactive approach
