This is an office-based sales position where you will work from the London showroom, managing inbound enquiries, guiding clients through premium glazing solutions, preparing quotations, and supporting the technical and design team. The Head of Sales is building a brand-new sales function — the business has strong demand, increasing enquiries, and requires confident, capable sales talent who can represent the brand professionally and personably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound enquiries and provide expert guidance on glazing solutions.
- Produce accurate estimates and quotations for bespoke glazing systems.
- Host clients in the showroom, offering product demonstrations and technical insight.
- Work closely with the design, survey, and production teams to ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, track pipeline, and support strong conversion rates.
- Represent the business with professionalism, product knowledge, and warmth.
What we are looking for:
Essential background:
- Experience in glazing or architectural/technical construction sales.
- Strong understanding of high-end glazing systems, aluminium systems, or bespoke fenestration.
