Roles/Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and field-based sales activity.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships across the hazardous and industrial waste sector.
  • Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.
  • Gather and input accurate waste characterisation data to support pricing and logistics.
  • Identify and secure Total Waste Management (TWM) opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through CRM systems.
  • Coordinate customer visits and ensure a high-quality customer journey throughout the sales process.
