As Internal Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a motivated internal sales team, driving commercial performance, improving sales processes, and raising the standard of customer engagement. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-accountability, high-support environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing, developing and coaching a team of 5+ internal sales professionals
- Driving a high-performance culture through KPIs, coaching frameworks and clear expectations
- Enhancing the customer experience by strengthening outbound activity and relationship-building
- Improving the sales team’s use of CRM, reporting and forecasting
- Implementing structured 1 : 1s, performance plans and continuous development
- Collaborating with regional operations and commercial teams
- Supporting strategic growth plans across core infrastructure sectors
