Roles/Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support growth across the region.
  • Work closely with the external sales and management teams.
  • Develop strong product, technical, and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Progress through a structured development plan toward an external sales role.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, such as internal sales, tele sales, business development, account management, retail sales, or similar.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, personable, and commercially minded.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and motivated by career progression.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and developing long-term relationships.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
