Having invested heavily in strengthening their operations team, they are now looking for an experienced sales professional to help grow the commercial side of the business.

So, what is The Role?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial roofing salesperson looking to take on a role with genuine autonomy and long-term progression.
Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll be responsible for developing new business, managing commercial projects from enquiry through to completion, and building long-term relationships across the commercial roofing sector.
What are the Requirements?
Proven sales experience within commercial flat roofing or a related sector (a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sector) Strong new business development skills.
Experience managing refurbishment projects.
Able to build relationships from Site Manager to Director level.
Commercially aware with a focus on profitable growth.
Confident, credible and process driven.
Understanding of roofing warranties, accreditations and insurance requirements.
Location: South Central England (Ideally Newbury, Swindon, Oxford, M4 Corridor or West London)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 + Uncapped Commission + Company Car/Allowance + Benefits
