Roles/Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships across the South of England (excluding South West and Wales)
- Work with high-end housebuilders and social housing contractors on premium residential projects
- Reactivate dormant accounts and identify new opportunities within the territory
- Collaborate with an experienced internal support team and trusted contractor network
- Take full control of diary management and territory planning
- Share responsibilities and collaborate with a fellow Southern Area Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the windows and doors sector (timber background preferred; PVC also considered)
- Experience working with housebuilders, contractors, and construction professionals on site
- Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and confident working independently across a large territory
- Open to occasional travel and overnight stays
