Pay Range
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr β $60,000.00/yr
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a dispersed team of 5+ Business Development Managers
- Own and drive commercial performance across the Southern region
- Enforce CRM best practices, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management (Pipedrive)
- Conduct joint client visits, structured performance reviews, and ongoing coaching
- Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Build and strengthen relationships with major contractors, local authorities, consultants, and frameworks
- Implement a high-performance sales culture aligned with business growth goals
Qualifications
- 3+ yearsβ experience managing external sales teams across multiple locations
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth, accountability, and commercial discipline
- Background in construction, civil engineering, or technical sales
- Data-driven leadership style with experience improving remote team performance
- Strong communication skills with a confident, structured, coaching-oriented approach
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels
- 20% annual bonus
