Roles/Responsibilities

  • Win new business and open new contractor and engineering accounts across the Northern region.
  • Promote sheet piles, trench sheets, structural steel sections, and engineered steel solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and technical discussions with contractors, engineers, and buyers.
  • Develop long-term relationships within groundworks, shoring, marine, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Identify early-stage project opportunities and influence specification.
  • Manage and execute your own territory growth strategy.
  • Build strong pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.
  • Establish yourself as the go-to specialist for piling and shoring solutions in your region.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience within:
  • Sheet piling
  • Groundworks
  • Shoring / trenching
  • Structural or heavy steel
  • Civil engineering materials
  • Foundation or infrastructure supply
  • Strong new business development and door-opening capability.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, travel-oriented role.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
