Business Development Manager
to help drive growth in the motorsport sector.
The Role
- Be
office-based in Bedfordshire
while travelling regularly to motorsport HQs and performance engineering hubs across the UK. - Build and grow relationships with
motorsport teams, OEMs, and high-performance engineering businesses
. - Identify opportunities where advanced materials can improve performance, reduce weight, increase strength, or solve heat and stress challenges.
- Work closely with engineers, buyers, and technical teams to support their design and manufacturing goals.
- Contribute directly to business success — and share in it — with a generous profit share scheme.
About You
We\’re looking for someone who combines
technical credibility with commercial drive
. You\’ll likely have a background in one of the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Materials Engineering / Advanced Materials
- Composites
- Coatings
- Heat Treatment
You may already be in a technical sales or account management role, or you could be an engineer who enjoys customer interaction and wants to step into a commercial position. Either way, you\’ll be:
- Passionate about motorsport and advanced engineering.
- Confident engaging with engineers and technical buyers.
- Curious, self-motivated, and excited by spotting opportunities and driving growth.
