We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Pricing Manager to join our commercial operations team. This office-based role is critical to our business growth, responsible for developing accurate costings and competitive pricing strategies for our Field Maintenance, IMACD, and Helpdesk service solutions. You will work closely with Service Delivery, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure our pricing models are robust, profitable, and aligned with market expectations.
- Develop comprehensive cost models for Toshiba and OEM product service solutions, including Field Maintenance contracts, IMACD project work, and Helpdesk Services.
- Create competitive and profitable pricing proposals for new business opportunities and contract renewals.
- Build and maintain pricing databases, templates, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Conduct profitability analysis on existing contracts and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
- Model Helpdesk service pricing including staffing levels, shift patterns, and multilingual support requirements.
- Prepare financial analysis and pricing recommendations for senior management and director-level stakeholders.
- Ensure pricing compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Proven experience in a costing, pricing, or commercial analyst role within a service-based or technology environment is required. Strong financial and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail are essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modelling is necessary. Understanding of gross profit margins, cost allocation, and pricing methodologies is important. The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders is crucial. Experience in the retail technology, field services, or IT services sector is preferred. Knowledge of IMACD/IMAC project delivery, Helpdesk operations, and Managed Services commercial models is beneficial. Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is also advantageous.
