We’re seeking individuals with a natural ability to win and develop new business, gained through a telesales, recruitment, estate agency or similar background.

The Role
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and promote and sell Toshiba’s MFP print hardware products and services
  • Undertake lead generation activities via high volume cold calling (250+ per week)
  • Develop new business opportunities from making initial calls, to booking discovery meetings
  • Handle the full sales process, from outreach to retention
  • Work closely with clients, establishing and developing relationships
  • Present products and services effectively to prospective clients, ensuring clear communication of value propositions
  • Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams, liaising with operations and other stakeholders to ensure excellent level of customer service
  • Report and forecast regional sales pipeline/achievements to the Head of Direct Sales
  • Be visible and interactive with new and existing customers
  • Remain up to date with market changes and competitor activity while delivering sales initiative and campaigns

  • Proven experience in a high-volume sales role
  • B2B sales experience
  • A proactive approach with a high level of self-motivation and resilience in a competitive environment
  • A proven track record generating new business
  • The ability to offer tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of clients

The basic salary will depend upon your experience up to £35k, with realistic year 1 OTE of £60k, plus £5100 travel allowance and other benefits. You will be based in our Monument office, with an expectation that some of your time will be spent meeting with customers and some flexibility around hybrid working.
