We are now looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our EMEA team.
What you will do
- Ensure order fulfilment excellence (DIFOT/OTIF) by analyzing trends, identifying root causes and driving improvement actions.
- Monitor and optimize asset utilization across EMEA, balancing pools between business units and anticipating seasonal peaks.
- Develop data-driven forecasting models together with Commercial, anticipating demand and enabling better planning of resources, assets and capex.
- Define optimal inventory levels and safety stocks, aligning closely with Finance and Procurement.
- Support network design optimization, balancing logistics and wash spend while ensuring contingency capacity to meet growth.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- High numerical affinity and proficiency with planning tools (SAP, TMS, Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
- Hands-on, proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to work on an hybrid model at our offices in Dudley.
