To strengthen our Supply Chain team at our office in Dudley (UK), we are currently recruiting a highly organized Supply Chain Analyst. The purpose of the role is to support the execution of Toscaβs Supply Chain strategy across the UK & Ireland region, focusing on data analysis, demand planning, inventory control, and process optimization.
- Supply Chain Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to inventory, demand, service levels, and logistics performance
- Support budget tracking and forecasting for supply chain activities
- Assist in the development and refinement of tools for visibility and performance measurement
- Demand Planning
- Support demand planning and forecasting efforts in collaboration with the commercial team
- Monitor stock levels across sites and identify imbalances or risks
- Work with Planning and Procurement to ensure optimal stock availability
- Contribute to improving inventory accuracy and reducing obsolete stock
- Work closely with Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations to support alignment on supply chain priorities
- Assist in standardizing processes and reporting tools across the UKI supply chain team
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving efficiency and service quality
- Support the implementation of process improvements within supply chain workflows
Advantageous background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. ~2β4 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or planning role. Familiarity with ERP systems and demand planning tools is an asset. You are proficient in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView). You think ahead and plan for long-term success.
