The Role
As Hall Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hall, staff & volunteers, ensuring our activities meet the needs of the community, and acting as a key liaison between various community groups, local organisations, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work occasional evenings & weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of staff and volunteers.
- Deliver a high standard of facilities management.
