This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
A Day in the Life: This person will plan, develop, and facilitate Global Visual Merchandising strategies centered around seasonal product messaging and marketing initiatives, to begin during development of the line to time of in-store execution. This person will manage the monthly floorset and work cross-channel. This role is responsible for overseeing monthly floorsets and the compilation of all Visual Merchandising and Fashion Presentation directives. This person will facilitate the streamlined communication of corporate VM initiatives across all channels, ensuring alignment with Web and Marketing content.
- Oversees execution of monthly Visual Merchandising floorset for Retail stores across Europe
- Oversees the compilation of all Retail VM directives based on key messages outlined at Market, heavy investments, and store tier/size/capacity.
- Responsible for managing other team members and freelancers with respect to the monthly floorset directive, and overseeing the Visual Communications.
