***Immediate Start*** The Production Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating the production schedule to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

This role requires close coordination with operations, materials, purchasing, engineering, and quality to ensure all resourceslabour, materials, and equipmentare aligned with the production plan.

You will monitor demand, analyse capacity constraints, review material availability, and adjust schedules proactively to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency, and will calculate and update the Kanban parameters for the Kanban cells.

The role involves maintaining accurate data within the ERP system, reviewing work orders, identifying risks or shortages, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

This is a hands-on planning role that requires strong communication, analytical capability, and attention to detail.

The Production Planner will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, help drive stability within the production process, and support operational teams in achieving output, quality, and service performance targets.
