Torus Developments, part of Torus Group, plans to deliver over 1,000 high‑quality homes each year across the North West. As a Strategic Partner to Homes England, we are expanding our development programme to drive regeneration and create thriving communities.

This is a fixed‑term contract until May 2027, with an agile working pattern that requires a minimum of two days per week in the office (Warrington) and the remainder working from home or on site. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a private vehicle for regular site travel.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Assisting and, where appropriate, leading on the delivery of development schemes from inception through to final.
