Join HMS, part of the Torus Group, where we deliver more than just repairs – we build better futures for communities. We\’re looking for a skilled and motivated Plasterer to help provide high-quality maintenance, repairs, and improvement works to homes across the North West.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carry out all internal and external plastering work, including full re-plasters, patching, dry-lining, skimming, and rendering
- Work flexibly across other trades such as joinery, tiling, brickwork, and plumbing to support “one job, one visit” service
- Plan, manage, and carry out jobs efficiently using company systems, appointments, and communication tools
- Supervise and support apprentices while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Accurately assess, diagnose and complete repairs while keeping customers informed
- Maintain and manage materials, tools, and stock responsibly in a company vehicle
- Ensure safe working practices, excellent customer care, and high performance across every task
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant craft
- CSCS card and Full UK or EU driving licence
- Time-served apprenticeship with solid experience in plastering and general construction
- Multi-skilled in additional trades (desirable but not essential)
- Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Great communication skills and pride in providing a top-tier service
- Willingness to support business improvement and take part in training and development
Interview Process:
- Candidates will undergo in-person interviews, consisting of a competency-based interview.

Each successful applicant will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks prior to a start date being agreed:

- DBS check (if required for role)
