What You'll Do

  • Own partner relationships. Become the trusted product contact for our partners like X-on and Medicus. Understand their roadmaps, surface their needs, and advocate for them internally. Balance the perspectives of technical, product, commercial, and clinical stakeholders on the partner's side, who may have different priorities.
  • Shape the TORTUS SDK roadmap. Prioritise what we build based on partner value, commercial opportunity, and platform integrity and scalability. Balance bespoke partner requests against features that benefit the whole ecosystem, including making it easier for our Hospitals team to integrate into EHRs.
  • Make onboarding frictionless. Streamline the path from signed contract to live integration. Own the documentation, developer guides, and onboarding experience so partners go live in days, not months.
  • Bridge commercial and technical. Work closely with our BD lead on new partner opportunities, joining sales calls to help sell to prospective partners. Translate technical requirements into clear scopes, and ensure engineering understands the "why" behind partner priorities.
  • Coordinate across the squad. Work with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to ship with confidence. Create clarity on priorities so the team always knows what matters most.

Who We're Looking For: The One Thing That Matters

Partnership Product Management for technical products. Healthcare software companies want to add clinical AI to their products, but building it themselves is hard: the regulatory bar is high (Class IIa medical device, ISO 13485), the technology is complex, and getting it wrong has real consequences for patients. The TORTUS SDK lets partners embed our ambient voice technology into their own products. This is a major growth vector for us, with strong inbound demand and partnerships like X-on Health already driving significant reach into primary care.

We're looking for someone who has owned a product where the customers are other companies integrating your technology: APIs, SDKs, developer platforms. You know what it takes to make technical customers successful: excellent documentation, seamless onboarding, and a roadmap that balances partner needs with platform integrity.

You're equally comfortable whiteboarding with a partner's engineering team, presenting to their product leadership, and aligning internally across engineering, design, and compliance. If you've done this in health tech, especially in primary care, we want to talk immediately.

What Else Would Be Great

  • Health tech experience. You understand healthcare workflows, regulatory constraints, and what's at stake when technology touches patient care.
  • Technical fluency. You can read API documentation, understand integration architectures, and hold your own in technical conversations. Some data fluency (SQL or a no-code equivalent like Metabase) is a plus.
  • Startup experience. You've thrived at a Seed, Series A, or Series B company where you owned a meaningful slice of the product and shipped without an army of support.
  • Regulated environment experience. You've worked on products subject to regulatory oversight (medical devices, fintech, etc.) and understand how to ship with rigour without losing velocity.

What Does Wild Success Look Like?

In your first 90 days, you've built relationships with each of our key partners and deeply understand their needs as well as the TORTUS business goals for the partnership function. You've taken ownership of the TORTUS SDK roadmap and made your first prioritisation calls. The documentation overhaul is underway, and you've identified the biggest friction points in partner onboarding.

12-18 months from now, TORTUS is the go-to platform for partners who want to embed clinical AI into their products. The TORTUS SDK is mature and well-documented. Partners integrate quickly and reliably. New partners are reaching out because they've heard we're easy to work with and the product is excellent.

You've shaped the roadmap to unlock new distribution channels while maintaining quality and consistency. Internally, you're the bridge between commercial ambition and technical execution and relevant product, technical, and business key performance metrics are in place. The Partnerships squad ships with confidence because you've created clarity on priorities. You've helped TORTUS grow partnerships to a meaningful share of our revenue target.

Where Does This Role Take You?

This is a rare opportunity to own a critical growth vector at a company transforming healthcare. You'll become one of the UK's foremost experts in clinical AI platforms, building deep expertise in platform product management, partnership ecosystems, and health tech that few people have. As TORTUS scales, so does the scope of this role: more partners, new markets, more complex technical challenges, and greater influence over how AI is delivered in healthcare globally.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary + equity
  • Office first culture with Mon/Fri work from home optional
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • The chance to genuinely transform healthcare

About TORTUS

TORTUS was founded to address one of the most fundamental and persistent problems in healthcare: human error driven by cognitive overload and administrative burden. Modern clinicians are overwhelmed by documentation, compliance, and fragmented digital systems, leaving less time and attention for patient care.

Our mission is to eliminate avoidable human error in medicine by augmenting clinicians with real-time, agentic AI. An AI co-pilot for every clinician.

The core product is a real-time AI system that operates inside live patient consultations. It transcribes and structures conversations, surfaces relevant clinical context and guidelines, and executes downstream actions such as documentation, prescribing workflows, and follow-ups. Doctors and AI collaborate in real time, with the clinician always in control.

Traction

  • 500,000+ paid consultations processed
  • 10x year-on-year growth
  • 60 NHS hospitals deployed
  • 60–80% daily adoption when rolled out
  • 25% time savings per clinician
  • Regulated medical device (Class I today, progressing to Class IIa)

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Healthcare serves everyone, so our team should too. We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive organisation where different perspectives are valued and heard. If our mission resonates with you but your experience doesn't look "typical," we still want you to consider applying.
