Tortus AI Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to drive go-to-market expansion across the UK and EU, oversee and optimize commercial pipelines, and lead the team delivering sustainable 2–3x revenue growth over the coming years in a regulated healthtech setting.

You will hire and develop teams, build repeatable GTM playbooks, and manage forecasting and pipeline discipline while reporting to the founders. NHS experience is essential for success in this role.
