Marketing Director Full-time, permanent Reporting to: Group CEO Base: London, UK with hybrid working.

The Role Tortilla is entering an exciting new chapter, with an ambitious growth strategy and a clear vision to become the leading pan European fast casual Mexican restaurant business.

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy across the UK and France, supporting both company operated and franchised restaurants.

This is a commercially focused hospitality marketing role with a significant opportunity to shape the next stage of the Tortilla brand, strengthen how we connect with customers and drive sustainable restaurant growth.

You will lead the Marketing team and work closely with Operations, franchise partners and the wider leadership team to deliver the strategy and support the next phase of Tortilla’s growth.

Key responsibilities Lead the marketing strategy and annual plan across the UK and France.

Drive customer acquisition, frequency, transactions and profitable sales growth.

Develop and evolve the Tortilla brand, including our tone of voice, content and storytelling, bringing our Mexican Soul x California Spirit ethos to life Lead local store marketing across the estate, supporting restaurant teams to capitalise on local trading opportunities.

Deliver integrated campaigns across CRM, loyalty, digital, social, PR, partnerships and in restaurant channels.

Lead marketing plans for new restaurant openings and targeted local activity to unlock growth opportunities across the estate.

Work closely with franchise partners to support strong marketing execution and consistent brand standards.

Use customer insight, restaurant performance and campaign data to continually improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment.

Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team.

What we are looking for Significant senior marketing experience within QSR, fast casual, restaurants, food to go or wider hospitality.

Strong commercial understanding of restaurant trading and customer growth.

Proven experience of local store marketing and restaurant level customer acquisition.

Strong brand, content and storytelling experience, including developing a distinctive tone of voice.

Experience delivering integrated campaigns across CRM, loyalty, digital, social, PR and in restaurant channels.

Strong analytical capability and a clear focus on return on investment Experience working closely with Operations and translating strategy into effective restaurant level execution.

Experience of franchised or multi market businesses would be advantageous.

Strong leadership skills and experience developing high performing teams.
