Marketing and Creative Executive
Full-time, permanent
Reporting to: Head of Brand and Marketing
Location: Fitzrovia, London
Role Overview
As Marketing and Creative Executive, you’ll be a key support to the Marketing team; helping to keep our channels, campaigns and communications running smoothly. You’ll play an important part in how the brand shows up creatively and visually – including content, digital channels and in-store touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone creative, with great taste and a sharp eye for detail, who’s excited to combine creativity and organisation to keep the brand looking its best.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Updates & Content
- Own updates for brand channels and menus
- Ensure all customer-facing content is accurate, up to date and on-brand.
- Coordinate asset distribution across channels.
Customer Experience
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback
- Spot trends and share insights with the team.
- Support initiatives to improve the in-restaurant and online experience.
Design & Content Support
- Support the Graphic Designer in producing and adapting campaign assets inline with brand.
- Support the Social Media Agency with content creation, briefing and approvals.
- Help with photoshoots, content creation and asset management.
Marketing Communications
- Draft and distribute weekly/monthly updates to stores, ensuring clear guidance on campaigns, offers and local activity.
- Manage the marketing inbox and answer store queries on campaigns, offers and promotions.
Local Marketing Support
- Assist restaurants with local marketing requests.
- Track and report on local activity, sharing successes and learnings.
General Marketing Support
- Assist the team with campaign planning and execution.
- Help monitor competitors and cultural trends.
- Provide ad-hoc admin support to keep the marketing team running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
- 6-12 months’ experience in marketing, content or hospitality.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude.
- Confident communicator, able to write clearly and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Design skills and/or understanding of Adobe Creative Suite a bonus.
- Familiarity with digital channels (social, web, app, CRM), and SEO copywriting.
- Creative eye with interest in branding and content.
- Passion for restaurants, hospitality and delivering great customer experiences.
