Here at Tortilla, we are seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join our team in Islington. You will join us on a full-time, permanent contract with the salary going up to £34,500 per annum plus an amazing, achievable bonus worth up to £7,000 per year.

Maybe you’ve worked in a similar QSR environment, or perhaps you’ve spent time running a bar, restaurant or contract catering unit.
