Our Team Members are the face of Tortilla! Whether you have previous experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, coffee shop, fast food chain – or you're looking for your first job – the important thing is that you're keen to learn, friendly and outgoing. Your winning smile and upbeat personality help create the happy, vibrant atmosphere that's famous for.
We look for candidates with experience as a Pot Washer, Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Prep Chef, Commis Chef, or Line Chef who want to keep working behind the scenes preparing our delicious toppings and recipes, or who want to take their first step into being cross‑trained in customer service. What matters to us is that you're hungry to learn, fanatical about our #eatfresh motto, and ready to work with the best, freshest, and highest quality ingredients.
