Role Title: Interim Property Project Manager
Reports to: Property Director
Location: Support Office with UK wide travel
THE TEAM: This role sits within the Property function, working closely with the Property Director, contractors and key suppliers. The team is responsible for delivering new store openings, refurbishments and estate projects across a fast-paced, multi-site business.
THE ROLE: This is a hands-on interim role for a period of 3 months, responsible for delivering a defined portfolio of CapEx and property projects. You will take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion, working at pace and managing multiple workstreams to tight deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a defined portfolio of CapEx and property projects
- Manage multiple projects to fixed timelines
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and external partners
- Lead rollout projects (e.g. kiosks) end-to-end
- Deliver large CapEx works across the estate
- Develop and standardise project documentation and templates
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Project Manager experience in multi-site hospitality, retail or food service
- Strong commercial and contract knowledge (JCT preferred)
- Experience managing contractors and suppliers
- Ability to hit the ground running and deliver at pace
- Highly organised with the ability to manage concurrent projects
- Availability to start immediately on a short-term contract
