About TORTI
TORTI is a philosophy made tangible through scent — a living atelier built on more than 30 years of Italian craftsmanship, rare raw materials, and the art of olfactory layering. Founded by perfumer Massimiliano Torti and co-founder Nina Simona Briazu, our work is rooted in individuality, authenticity, and the belief that perfume should reveal identity rather than mask it. As we continue to grow internationally, we are seeking a Social Media Manager who can translate the depth of our philosophy into a refined digital presence.
The Role
This is not a traditional social media position. We are looking for a custodian of our brand voice: someone capable of transforming the atmosphere of the atelier into meaningful content, thoughtful storytelling, and genuine client engagement. You will work closely with the founders and Brand Director to shape how TORTI is experienced across digital channels, ensuring every piece of communication reflects the same level of care, elegance, and intention found in our fragrances.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow TORTI’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and WhatsApp Broadcast.
- Create and oversee weekly content calendars.
- Develop and publish:
- 3 Instagram feed posts per week
- 2 Reels per week
- 2 LinkedIn posts per week
- Daily Instagram Stories
- Write compelling captions and long-form storytelling content.
- Ghostwrite thought leadership content for the founders’ LinkedIn profiles.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for content production.
- Coordinate content creation with photographers, videographers, and creative partners.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to messages with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Track performance and optimise content while maintaining brand integrity.
What We Are Looking For
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong visual sensibility and appreciation for luxury aesthetics.
- Ability to communicate sophistication without appearing commercial or promotional.
- Understanding of luxury, fragrance, hospitality, fashion, design, or artisanal brands.
- Experience managing social media for premium or luxury businesses.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
What Matters Most
We value meaningful engagement over follower counts. The purpose of our digital presence is to inspire discovery, build trust, and encourage private consultations with clients seeking a truly personalised olfactory experience. If you understand how to build desire through restraint, tell stories through atmosphere, and communicate luxury with authenticity, we would love to hear from you.
