02 - RESPONSIBILITIES
What You Will Own
Core Responsibilities.
- Design integration architecture for API, event, and batch workflows.
- Implement secure data exchange between ERP, CRM, and line-of-business tools.
- Build error handling, retry strategies, and operational alerting.
- Document interface contracts and transformation logic clearly.
- Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
- Collaborate with client teams on dependency mapping and sequencing.
03 - REQUIREMENTS

Skills and Experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong API design and troubleshooting skills across REST and webhooks.
- Experience with integration platforms or custom orchestration code.
- Solid understanding of data mapping and schema evolution.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and operational handover discipline.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Exposure to regulated environments and audit requirements.
