This role is a dynamic marketing position where you will leverage your technical knowledge to become a trusted advisor to ceramic manufacturing customers across the UK and beyond, while also focusing on business development.
Key responsibilities
- Offer hands on support on the technical aspects of our products and applications in real-world industrial settings;
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assist in developments that meet unique customer needs;
- Build strong relationships with customers to serve as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts, addressing customer enquiries, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions;
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate new business leads;
- Proactively identify, target and secure new business opportunities.
This role is based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

Candidate profile
- Dynamic, commercially driven and proactive graduate in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Ceramics or similar discipline;
- Good communication and teamwork skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently, with strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- Effective problem-solving skills and meticulous eye for detail;
- Possession of a full UK driving license with willingness and enthusiasm to travel as required by the role.
