As the Store Controller, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to this centralised role. You will be responsible for ordering, supply and monitoring of food stock to three of our hotels.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Ordering food stock required for menus across the three supported TLH kitchens
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels for dry and wet stores
  • Managing stock rotation to ensure freshness and minimise waste
  • Working confidently within busy kitchen environments and supporting smooth service
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times
  • Following Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures to ensure safe working practices
  • Communicating effectively with chefs and other team members to support kitchen operations
  • Contributing to environmentally responsible practices and working comfortably both indoors and outdoors
  • Keeping storerooms, corridors, walkways and work areas clean, clear and safe
  • Inputting data into computer systems to monitor stock usage and orders
  • Continuous checking and monitoring of prices between suppliers to ensure best purchasing price
  • Basic excel skills to assist with record keeping and analysis

Hours and Rate of pay:

This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over 5 days, requiring weekday and weekend flexibility. Hourly rate £13.00 per hour.
