As a Reservations Team Member within our dynamic Sales & Marketing team, you’ll find that no two days are the same. This is a varied and engaging office-based role at the heart of our business – driving bookings, building relationships, and maximising revenue.
We’re looking for someone with energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for sales and customer service – someone who thrives on turning enquiries into memorable experiences and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone to secure new business, while also demonstrating excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
In this role, you’ll handle a wide range of responsibilities including:
- Delivering exceptional service across telephone, email, and online enquiries
- Proactively making outbound calls to secure bookings and maximise revenue opportunities
- Accurately recording and managing all reservations in line with established procedures
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and promote premium experiences
- Managing private and group bookings, including rooming lists and invoicing
- Building strong relationships with group organisers and private guests through timely communication
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
- Processing payments and ensuring all bookings are settled prior to arrival
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of all services and products available at TLH Leisure Resort
