As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support our committed and professional team in the Hotels Kitchen, across the resort providing an efficient and professional fast‑paced service to large group bookings and private guests. Previous kitchen experience is desirable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working across the Kitchens within the resort
- Helping with the transportation of food in Hot holding units
- Plating and serving food for customers in the Restaurants
- Food preparation, cooking, serving from buffet area to a high standard of delivery and customer service and efficiency.
- Good understanding of Allergens and speaking with customers about their allergies
- Working in all areas of the kitchen supporting your colleagues and working as part of a team.
- Work in a safe way demonstrating good practice of food hygiene and fire, health and safety.

Hours and Rate of pay:
This is a full‑time permanent role of 40 hours over days, inclusive of split shifts and requiring weekend availability. Please note: this is a fixed term contract, will end in September/October depending on business demands. A review will take place and if the role can lead to a more permanent position, this will be considered.
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour – Aged 21+, £10.85 per hour for aged 18‑20, £9.50 per hour for aged 16‑17.
