As a Restaurant Server you will bring energy, personality and great work ethic to our Hotel restaurant. This is a sociable role where guests and team members will appreciate when you deliver great service with a smile!
Your responsibilities will include:
- To ensure a high level of customer service is maintained
- To serve breakfast and dinner to our Hotel Guests and at functions when required
- To ensure you work and operate with health and safety guidelines
- To keep all areas within the workers remit clean, tidy and organised

Hours and rate of pay:
Breakfast service: 7:30am-11am/11.30am (can vary slightly)
Dinner service: 5.30pm – 9pm (can vary slightly)
This is a casual role which will be comprised of split shifts, must be available Mondays, Wednesday and Sundays.
Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour – Aged 21+ (£10.42 per hour for aged 19-20; £10 per hour for aged 18; £9.50 per hour for aged 16-17)

Comprising four inter‑linked hotels which include the TLH Derwent, TLH Victoria, TLH Toorak, and TLH Carlton Hotels on a single site.
