We are seeking two highly organised, proactive and enthusiastic people to join our team of darers as Cover Supervisor and School Development Officers. This is a unique and rewarding role, combining high-quality classroom supervision and contributing to making the ambitious development plans of the school a reality.
In the classroom, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning during teacher absence, supervising lessons, supporting students to remain focused and productive, and maintaining a calm and purposeful environment. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to the school’s ongoing growth, specifically supporting income generation, events, partnerships, alumni engagement and careers provision.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful impact across multiple aspects of school life.
