TBGS is home to the new TQ Climb and Carabiner Café, a vibrant out‑of‑school-hours space supporting our climbing wall provision and wider community use. We are seeking a friendly, reliable Café Assistant to join the weekend team on a zero‑hours, fixed‑term contract until October half term.
This role involves running the climbing wall café during weekend or school holiday sessions, including:
- Setting up and packing down
- Preparing and serving refreshments
- Taking payments
- Cleaning and organising the café and seating areas
- Supporting the climbing team in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
You will work closely with the Catering Manager, feeding back on stock levels, popular items and customer trends, while ensuring food hygiene and health and safety standards are met at all times. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer‑facing work in an active, community‑focused setting.
