Dare to join a school where inclusion matters! We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and committed Assistant SENDCO to join our SEND team. This is a key non-teaching role supporting the effective coordination of provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the SENDCO to coordinate provision for students with SEND, ensuring appropriate support is in place.
  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with needs, as required.
  • Liaise with families and external agencies to support provision and ensure consistent delivery of inclusive practice.
  • Contribute to the development of inclusive practice across the school.
