TORQCOMMODITIES is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience by managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This position requires a blend of administrative skills and a proactive approach to supporting our talent management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize training programs.
- Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and policies in a timely manner.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor\โs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or commodities environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
