Torpoint Community College is looking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated School Business Manager to join the College Leadership Team. Working closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and governors, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the College's business and operational functions.
This wide-ranging role includes leadership of finance, HR, administration, premises, catering, ICT, procurement, compliance, data protection and health and safety. We are seeking a confident and proactive leader with significant experience of budget and financial management, strong organisational and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage projects successfully.

Interview Date: 22nd & 23rd October 2026
The selection process is expected to take place over two days, although not all candidates may be required to attend the second day. Candidates will be advised at the end of the first day whether they have progressed to the final stage.
