The Responsibilities of the Quality & Environment Coordinator include:

  • Carrying out regular site-based audits to check environmental compliance.
  • Logging and managing environmental events using internal systems.
  • Preparing and tracking monthly environmental performance metrics.
  • Assisting in the creation of internal and client-facing reports.
  • Helping to manage and update documentation for quality and environmental systems.
  • Logging and monitoring incoming reports and data.
  • Conducting assessments of suppliers and waste contractors.
  • Supporting the delivery of quality and environmental targets across the business.
  • Coordinating the collection and dispatch of residue samples from operational sites.
  • Providing general support to the Group Quality and Environment Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working both independently and with others.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • A genuine interest (or experience) in environmental management and sustainability.

  • Home-based (travel to sites when required).
  • £30,000 – £32,000 + £3,000 car allowance
