Tormead School in Guildford is seeking an HR Advisor on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE) for a fixed term of 1 year. The role focuses on payroll, contracts, HR systems and reporting within a select school community.
The successful candidate will support the full employee lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to managers and staff, and ensure HR policies are consistently applied across the Tormead family of schools. CIPD level experience is essential.
