Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality HR administration, including end‑to‑end recruitment, pre‑employment checks, onboarding, contract management, absence management, payroll preparation, and accurate HR record‑keeping.
  • Support the school’s HR strategy and collaborate with staff and management to uphold excellent service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll or a regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Strong transferable skills and a clear interest in developing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, discretion and proactive approach.
