We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated SEN Administrator to join our supportive team and play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work closely with the SENCo, supporting the coordination of essential processes that enable students with SEND to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Coordinate meetings and reviews.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for parents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Facilitate clear communication and contribute to the smooth operation of SEND support across the setting.
  • Support high-quality outcomes for students through strong administrative skills, organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised professional.
  • Experience or willingness to work closely with the SENCo and SEND processes.
  • Safeguarding: satisfactory enhanced DBS check and online check as required.
