Job Description
As a generalist HR Advisor, you will work closely with the Group HR Manager and wider leadership team to deliver a comprehensive and proactive HR service. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of HR, ensuring a positive working environment and driving best practice across the organisation. The HR Advisor will be required to carry out a variety of tasks in order to support the day to day operations within the HR function.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal, and written skills.
- Support the Group HR Manager with ad hoc projects.
- Possess a strong understanding of people management practices, HR policies and procedures as well as best practices to provide both management and employee support.
- Handle queries in a prompt and diligent manner and escalate where necessary to the Group HR Manager.
- Provide professional advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
