The 15+ team within TYPSS is recruiting!

Due to promotion and changes within the team we are looking to appoint:

x1 Full-time Social Worker (hybrid working)

We are seeking to recruit a Social Worker who is motivated and committed to working with Young People.

About the Team

We support Young People between the ages of 15-25 with a range of complex support needs. The team works with

• Children Looked After
• Young People subject to child protection plans
• Young People at the edge of care.

The primary focus of the team is to offer Young People consistent support to prepare them for independence. As a social worker in the team you would be working closely with our Young Persons Advisors with a focus on enabling Young People to develop resilience upon leaving care. This will include compiling of Pathway Plans that are realistic and meaningful for Young People.

The team has a strong focus on ensuring we are fulfilling our duties to Young People as their corporate parents and broadening their horizons.

We believe that every Young Person has potential and that as their social worker you can be part of their journey to a safe, happy adulthood.

Team Structure:

• 1 Team Manager
• 2 Assistant Team Managers
• 5 Social Workers
• 5 YPAs
• 2 CSWs
• 1 Drop In CoOrdinator
