Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking an Enablement Support Worker to join the Integrated Reablement Team.
The post is part time (32 hours per week) and permanent, with duties in domiciliary care across the Torfaen borough and at Ty Glas y Dorlan.
You will work a planned four-day week, with a mix of day and evening shifts, delivering practical help, personal care and support to help individuals maintain independence after illness or hospital stays.
